As always, looks amazing man. How'd you cook the chicken, and what cut is that? Chicken breast butterflied? I've experimented a lot with burgers but I always go the traditional route and make beef burgers, which, by my standards, are pretty good. Chicken, I've always been a bit hesitant though. You should start selling your recipes man. Seriously! I'd buy them.
I just used a chicken breast LIGHTLY flattened. I want my breast to be juicy. 😉 I cook it on medium high-ish heat (6 out of 9 on a ceramic stove if that helps). So, low-ish slow-ish. I have played with an idea of a recipe book. Would be an awesome idea. Need a print on demand service though.
Everything looks & sounds de-lish! Another great video tucked away for posterity. 😊 Are things nuts at work due to the holidays coming up? Does Finland have Christmas office parties like we do here in the U.S.?
You know it. Xmas madness and gastronomy go hand in hand. Yes, Finland has them too and the finns are VERY enthusiastic about them. They are called Pikkujoulu here, or Little Christmas literally translated. Basically just another reason to get hammered. 🤣
