  • We had a nice breakfast at the Craft Village shop, and then we headed to the Museum of Free Derry and did a tour of the Bogside with John who was a great guide and offered insights into the ongoing struggles
    with justice.
We also got to check out Cultúrlann Uí Chanáin and took a beginners class in Irish! The people were so nice and I grabbed a cool conversation book too. Headed to the Derry Girls mural and then Peadar O'Donnell's for a pint. I met a local lad named Caoimhín and we had a basic conversation
    in Irish!
One of the days we took a quick jaunt to Donegal so I could check out some of the areas where my ancestors lived. Drove through Culmore, stopped at Knowehead Church and Drumhaggart Cemetery. After I got back from Ireland, I found out I still had relatives there that we didn't know about. We are now in touch!
Also had to check out one of the coolest places in Ireland, the Grianán of Aileach Such an awesome sight. And then headed back to Peadar's for a great music sesh.

Thanks so much, glad you like the videos! We were soooo incredibly lucky. We were there three weeks and barely had any rain, opposite of what we prepared for lol
