If BBC or ALJAZEERA had than this documentary trust me they would interviewed Amartey Quaye's wife, friends and family members. Pls they should look into that too.

It is very sad that the youth of today are not aware of the atrocities committed by Rawlings and Kojo Tsikata in the name of their so called revolution. We need to revisit it until they pay for their sins.
Lootings, beatings and disappearances were the order of the day. Curfews from 8 pm to 6 am were normal. There were times it was even 6 pm to 6 am. Rawlings was a bully pure and simple.

Rickey, no one is God to be asking people to pay for their sins. Scrutinize and judge yourself before extending it to others. Vengeance is mine, says the Lord.

Rawlings hopes he dies a natural death and escapes justice, but there is no way a civilian Amartei Kwei alone could have ordered soldiers to go and commit that heinous crime without the backing of Rawlings and Kojo Tsikata.
Rawlings and Tsikata are just praying for time, but they are bonafide killers and are hoping death would come to take them away with their secrets intact. They would say posterity would be their judge. But posterity is the period we are in right now. As a matter of fact many of the journalists leading this investigative documentary at Joyfm were toddlers or not even born when the judges were killed 36 years ago. So when we talk about posterity, posterity is the time we are in right now.
Rawlings would rather self-righteously justify and pride himself in the killings of the generals but somehow cowardly blame Amartei Kwei for the killings of the judges and retired major. I wonder why?
How would civilian Amartei Kwei get the password to go through about 30 police and army barriers in a night when we were all sleeping under curfew? And guess who was responsible for issuing out the passwords....Captain Kojo Tsikata and PNDC operatives. Rawlings and Kojo Tsikata had hired the same soldiers to go and kill the Yeye Boy - a fetish priest in the Volta Region and it barely made the news back then and they thought they could repeat same.
We have to be bold to tell the blood thirsty duo....Rawlings and Tsikata that they are murderers. This was an Ewe hit job......some deranged Ewes who thought somebody owed them lunch over their sorry asses. Rawlings and Kojo Tsikata could only depend on their Ewe blood hounds to carry out that heinous crime that is why it came as no surprise that the soldiers who went to pick up the judges were all deranged Ewes. It was inspired by Kojo Tsikata's deep seethed hatred and animosity towards Akans and Rawlings was unwittingly induced to partake in that evil plot....don't forget he was all emotional construct and creature with very little experience and intellect at 32years old. Uncle Kojo Tsikata was the real evil unseen hands pulling the strings. Like it is rightly pointed out by Kweku Baako, the three PNDC members, Rawlings, Kojo Tsikata and Amartey Kwei altogether had something in common against the judges and army major. The judges were reviewing and reversing AFRC decisions and Amartei Kwei was fired by Major Acquah at GIHOC. These evil men thought they were gods beyond reproach (job termination) and second guesses (judicial review).
Rawlings can't out Kojo Tsikata for he knows that would backfire on him. Back then Tsikata was the revolutionary brain and Rawlings his first student or protégé who he manipulated and induced into the abductions and killings. This is the reason behind their frosty relationship today. Rawlings knows he got played by Kojo Tsikata, and nearly got him into an almost fire inferno of tribal war in Ghana. They just got lucky, but Kojo Tsikata initiated and ordered the plot and he was rightfully fingered out by Amartei Kwei. This man, Tsikata, was all messed up and blood thirsty with his left wing socialist revolutionary crap fighting alongside MPLA in Angola. He wanted to stir the same socialist revolution in Ghana.
Ghana will be cursed if a dime is spent on a state funeral for Kojo Tsikata when he passes away in the next few months. Hell gates await that chief murderer.

You've said it all.. all they did was to play with the minds of Ewes in making them hate Akans and Ashantis, all for nothing but political expediencies.

These politicians both NPP & NDC are killing ghanaians everyday with their screwed up decisions with regards to running the nation. How many have died as result of some bad roads, no beds , annual rains. That's what needs to be addressed not this diversion. It can be 10000 years and JJ and his cohorts will still stick to their words. Why do we waste our time on this again... #RIPJudges#... #timetomoveon#

Nothing can replace a loved one. Even if there is a new reconciliation comity so will not satisfy people. As a country we need to find a way to move on because I said government there are people who depend on our decisions. Are we going to spend billions and millions of CDs on this issue over and over again only to make people died at the hospital because we do not have oxygen for them. As a country we should decide how to make our priorities right. The past is gone we have addressed it and I think we should move on. This is a waste of money energy and time. I know the panel is sitting there could have discussed better things for Ghana's future than to spend this time on the past something that has already been addressed . Anytime I hear young men dying I become Restless let us look at our life expectancy as a nation. Are we going to trade our life expectancy or better life and better government management over this same issue of Justice judges who killed them please do a better thing than that thank you

I haven't been able to watch who killed the judges. But what I will say is that if there was a reason to have killed the judges though it may not be justified, we have to look at our society nowadays and do a retrospection of ourselves and our legal justice system. When judges were found on camera collecting bribes and at the end of the day they were made to go scot-free this is Injustice right there. Where a s an ordinary citizen steals food and will go to jail probably for all his life that is injustice if we compare it to the judges who collected bribes. Please let us try and uphold Justice for everyone and also keep on remembering these judges while we are also looking at how fair and firm Are Judges are upholding our justice system. thank you

How long does it take to introduce these guests? If they are that many and you can't talk faster either, then do your program in segments and introduce the guest at the beginning of each one. Ghanaian media should learn media etiquette, have your guest stop all the writing, gyrations and fidgeting as the introduction is going on. Is it that important to have those big laptops in front of the host and consistently looking into it instead of looking straight at the camera? The host needs to act professional and intelligent as if he knows what he is talking about without the help of any gadgets. Why does he keep looking down on to the laptop? All the Ghanaian TV stations do this which shows how far back they are.
Secondly, why the fixation on the three judges issue? Of course, its an important issue but was dealt with several years ago. Are Ghanaians just pure gufta's?
