Hello, Dan & Mazzy. Thank you for another lovely and interesting vlog. Not sure if you have already voted Vindolanda. If not you might like to consider a visit. We were there a few weeks ago on our way back into England after our visit to Scotland. It is 12.50 each to get in but SO WORTH IT. So much to film out side and especially in the fabulous huge museum. We highly recommend Vindolanda. 👍 We spent a quiet night on their parking the night before our visit.

Bit of everything in this👍 The museum looked interesting & it filmed ok👍 If you like old churches & grave yards you should see St Patrick's church just outside Cemaes Bay. It was founded by St Patrick in 440AD. There's a sign telling you to be careful where you walk as some of the graves have sunk & the ground is so uneven. Beautiful views from there too.

Oh hope you's went down into portmahomack village as its beautiful the wifes grand parents had a wee cottage there also beautiful beach and there is a small caravan park beside the church

If on the NC500 then quite possible to see orcas as there are pods that cruise the north sea Coast, some seen as low as Northumberland . Dolphins seen alot around Amble , newbiggin by sea & Blyth sometimes
