The sole thumping you are hearing is the belt. Because it is new. I’m a certified tech who works on these machines all the time and I can State with 100% confidence that noise/thump is normal. It will go away after is breaks in. Also if you watch the seams where the belt is joined . It’s those seams that is going around the front and rear rollers that causes that thumping sound. This will go away after sometime when the belt become acclimated To the machine.

Good to hear, I just finished assembling a F63 unit and for a moment I thought, something was going on outside but after listening to it closely it was coming from the machine, was worried I recieved a faulty unit. Thankfully I found your video, I was about to go mental as I had issues with their shipping/delivery partner.
Just finished setting up a brand new F80 and have the same issue. Interesting how an “expert” says it needs a break in period while someone else says it’s still making the sound after seven years? Any resolution?
Yep, I have that exact same question right away. Can anyone tell how long did it take for the belt to break in let's say I'm running 3 times a week for an hour to an hour and half?
They said the belt needs to "break-in". It has gotten better. I'll run it today and check. Unfortunately I've not been able to use it for a few months as I had knee surgery :-(
@@twistedroutes7621 Thanks for the reply. I hope it goes away. One reason I bought this one was because it said it was quiet. Not so far, but I need to break it in, too! Good luck with your recovery!

makes perfect sense
and me thinking all or most treadmills were shipping faulty
What does it mean if it make a clicking sound but only when I’m running towards the front of the machine?

One possibility is to have worn bearings?
