He passed when I was young child, I didn’t get the media’s obsession about him, but now as an adult, I can see why he is so missed and respected, especially suffering from clinical depression myself, I cannot imagine the suffering he must have gone through back then when times were harder since mental health awareness is it as prevalent as now. RIP 哥哥

i miss the glory days of HK entertainment too. the HK showbiz scene is not what it used to be. sad it's gotten so much lesser and really small compared to what we had in the past.
Rich, talent, fame don’t really buy happiness; as corny as this sounds, it is still true; we don’t know what he really went thru to get to this fame, wealth and success, and when you have one thing you will realize u don’t have another, it could be that you don’t have any real friends because u r rich, could be that your family members exploit your success, could be that your competitors are always putting you on edge forcing you to keep at ur peak in ur career, tons of tons of reason to be depressed regardless of wealth and success; ignorance is a bliss, it is true because if you stay ignorant and not care for a thing in the world you can still be happy without wealth or success, it’s all about the mind, not a simple equation of wealth/fame = happy, it is not, and ppl who keep on saying “oh what’s wrong with him he has everything what’s there to be depressed about” have not fully evolved mentally, and that’s why depression is such a taboo in lots of Asian countries, cuz ppl don’t take it seriously and use simple equations to ‘understand’ the complex human mind
Every now and then a artists or actor/singer comes along and captures our attention and our Hearts 💞!! For me Leslie was that Guy!! A gifted singer and a Magnificent 💟 actor!! Leslie captured my heart in the movie Ashes of Time!! Although we'll never understand what happened or made him leave us so soon!! But his legacy will always remain with us!! RIP Leslie you are forever missed 💜🕊️💜
