How to fix Black Myth: Wukong Crashing on AMD Graphics Cards by rolling back drivers 7900XTX

Is your game crashing during the intro cinematic when using an AMD graphics card like the 7900XTX? Here's a quick tutorial with minimal BS to help you rollback your drivers to a stable version and get you back into the game.
Please note that AMD will likely release a fix in the future that will make this guide outdated, but it's always worth a shot.

WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS
If you're impatient like me, here are some written instructions that you can follow instead of the video:
1. Download and install DDU and AMD GPU 24.5.1 drivers (put them on the desktop for easy access)
2. (Optional) Boot windows in safe mode by typing 'windows+r' and typing 'msconfig'. Go to the 'boot' tab and click 'Safe mode' with network checked
3. (Optional) After booting in safe mode, undo step 2 before restarting, so that once your pc restarts, it will boot normally (i.e., not in safe mode)
4. Run DDU and select GPU then AMD, and then hit 'Clean and Restart'
5. After your pc restarts and boots normally, run the AMD GPU 24.5.1 installer and install your drivers
6. Restart your pc to be safe
