    put in a ramp at either end of the cut, then you can have the truck park in the cut, and load it from above

    Chris,
    I recommend you apply a ceramic coating to your tractors. I was a bit skeptical until I applied it to my motorcycle. Still looks clean and shiny 4 months later, without washing. So smooth, the dust wont stick to it.
    Phone in a car detailer for a polish and coating. You'll be glad you did.

      If i remember correctly he said it tested at 100 gallon's per minute. That should keep up.

    Great job Chris looking excellent as always.. I have question though.. Do you need to compact the lake/ pond with a vibrating pad foot roller and smooth drum compactor once you have established grade depth and layout to prevent leakage from the lake/ pond?

    Chris why when pond building down there don't these ponds have a couple deep holes, based on pond size, for fish habitat? I'm in the upper midwest and we do it for freezing purposes but also habitat. The ponds just look like a big bowl with very minimal structure.

    All cut, no fill. There's something to be said about that. Of course, there are benefits to a no dam pond. Don't have to worry about overtopping. Sort of sucks to get rid of all the material though.

    Day 3 and slow is to see how grest this Pont you plan. A rain in the night to good then to compression from shore who light to make.. With the Dozer!

    You might need to stockpile some tree trunks at your ranch, that you can sell or give to people as fish habitats where you aren't taking out any trees.

    You and Uncle John still making good progress. That ponds looks like it will be about 2 acres at the full water line. A real good night time rain storm would help the dust problem - and fresh water wash down for the machines.

    I’ve noticed you have a tendency to push material more frequently with the right side of the dozer blade. Have you noticed if it creates uneven wear and tear on the equipment? Just curious

    Four FEET of topsoil? I'm incredibly jealous. There's less than four inches here, and that's only because we dumped compost on top of what was basically a dusting of soil over gravel.
