The "CORD" was originally was in BLACK & owned by GAU-HAAR JAAN , in early 1940s gifted by some MAHARAJA from PUNJAB & the car was there is her palace for a long time in SHOVABAZAR , KOLKATA , she was unmarried after her death the entire property along with cars were auctioned off by her assistants & all the money were given to trust her PALACE was sold@1.30 CRORES in back 1977 , my GRANDFATHER wanted to buy that car "CORD" but unable to win it at it is auction 72000/--84,000/- but he has only 55000/- in cash & can afford upto 64,000/- my mom heard this story from my dad , plase explore more history how it can be there in the hand of eminent industrialist GAUTAM SINGHANIA.
