So cyberpunk culture is pretty popular these days with movies such as Bladerunner 2049 and Cyberpunk 2077 coming out, so I wanted to share some of my photography tips for a cyberpunk photoshoot.
Cyberpunk photography tips. In this tutorial, I talk about what aesthetics make up cyberpunk photography and what to look for when shooting these images.

These are some good tips on composition and things to look out for when i'll be trying this style in Asia soon. Police cars can also be a good addition because they can symbolize authority and the lights also give a good look. Or maybe people as silhouettes or hiding facial features, hoodies, masks...So many ideas to play with, it's really a shame i don't live in a big city to practice more.
ill keep an eye out for that too - especially during protests (they are plentiful in Seoul)

This was so good to learn about! Heh...there are so many trees around here...not much neon. I'm in Nova Scotia, Canada, and I do see some interesting places. I just need to find the perfect time to shoot! Then putting it together...oy! Ha ha!

you covered the elements in the photos, but can you mention what kind of filters and color curves are applied to create the pallets in this shots? The post processing is the part im not familiar with.

When you shoot at night, do you often have to set a tripod or do you just crank up the ISO to allow faster shutter? I have not yet taken night photos but when I do I feel like using tripod may disturb pedestrians way on the other hand if ISO is set too high the photo will be grainy. Would you share the camera setting you tipicaly use for night photography?
I don't use a tripod 99% of the time, and I let the camera decide the setings with auto iso and auto shutter speed. Camera is set to aperture priority :)
