First bit of advice...Avoid plastic bottles when growing food plants! Plastic breaks down and the vegetables and fruits will grow with micro plastic particles in them. I would stick to clay, cloth and anything NOT plastic! Save yourself the health problems and thank me later. :)
@@lumindina699 I use cardboard boxes from the supermarkets, after taking off the tapes, labels, etc. They work well for about 2 seasons. Then put them into the compost pile.
I do exactly the same, but I plant in 5-liter buckets. I plant the seeds in January. There's snow outside. And in May, I have my tomatoes. 3 months under a lamp. And then on the window. In summer, outside. All plants like the sun and a warm climate.
Could use any kind of kitchen scraps. My guess is that is alphalpha pellets. I add them to my vegetable garden bed each spring to give a lot of nutrients to my beds.

My apsome salt is a powder not granulate and there are instructions on the bag telling that it is good for plants. However, I diluted my with water prior to watering my plants with the solution. I also crushed my dry eggshells prior to adding it to the soil. About the trellis, it looks liked they're made from splitting bamboos into strips and zip ties together. Many times people posting videos to either showcasing their ways of doing things and/or it is their side hustled. Many do not feel comfortable enough or perhaps English is not their first language to answering your questions. I hope this helped!

No creo que pongas restos de comida encima de la tierra, yo hago composta y en unas horas la comida está llena de mosquitos y en un día ya tiene gusanos. Debe estar tapada y si se va una semilla esa misma va a germinar en tu maceta.

Eu simplesmente não sei como essas pessoas conseguem plantar e colher tomates sem uma estufa, aqui no Paraná BR se vc plantar assim a seu aberto as pragas e insetos comem até a alma do pé de tomate. É impossível fazer uma horta aqui sem usar muito adubo é muito agrotóxico para controlar as pragas, é uma pena.

I think the white powder was probably bone meal.
Since it’s tomatoes, I assume the white powder was dried, ground up egg shells.
