That is great. Guess this is on my "To Do" List now. Trying to seat a head headed bead will drive you nuts.

Is there a safety valve on this thing?

Yes the storebought versions come with a pressure guage.they are great tools for what they are made for in the shop

Where is pressure gauge too dangerous

Why would you even put a pressure gauge there? You can see the pressure from the compressor's gauge. Daa

Depends on your comfort level. I grew up in the 60's with little to no equipment. Use common sense.

very skillful man, but not suggested to do this, no safety valve, no pressure meter, very dangerous while using it.

Gu Derek, i totally agree, but also a safety valve and a pressure gauge could easily be designed into the tank

And no safety guard on the angle grinder, just in line with the tank safety ;-)

You forgot to mention to NEVER weld on a pressure vessel until you're positive there is no residual flammables left in it. You can accomplish this by filling it to the very top with water. Then, and only then are you safe to weld.

the video states its made from a truck air reservoir, so there has never been anything other than air inside it. I do agree with you if the tank being used has previously had flammables in it.

Isn't that the common sense. Who already doesn't know that shouldn't even be close to the tools.

I used exhaust for 3 minutes to displace the oxygen content to weld on gasoline auto tanks
