it was good to see all those strikes. i've bowled my whole life and finally got 3 strikes in a row at 70 yrs old in league bowling at acton lanes. i felt it was a major achievement for me but my average isn't what it once was.
@@walterkosloski621 thank you! I was hoping to find the entire match against Charlie Jutras. Charlie was from my town and was witness to 4-strikes in a row in two of his Channel 5 matches.
I started watching Don Gillis Channel 5 bowling January 1970, now I'm thinking first time I viewed a bowler rolling 3 strikes in a row, didn't really occur much in the 70s. Around 1973 recall Dick Rogan and Tony Leo battles,Barry Lang rolled a 177,think he rolled a turkey.

He has TWO STRIKES IN A ROWWW!!
Fantastic! Listen to the flat out shrieking after Dan Lasko gets his at 0:54! Can't wait for more of these. Great work.
And a nice standing ovation too
What a great compilation, fun to watch. Thank you!!
That was awesome! Thanks for that video. Great stuff. I watched a lot of candlepin bowling on that show. Religiously like many others.
I’d like to se Tom Olszta’s four strikes in a row. I recall watching it during the original broadcast. Is that match anywhere to be found?
Type in 6 bowlers that bowled 4 strikes in a row.

@John Cirillo Tom olszta vs Charlie just ran or the other way around
3:06 matching double strikes
You didn't include Jim Putney from 1990 against Chris Galica in his match.
It will in a part 2 video which I'll try to put up soon.
Who was that last guy?
Take a shot everytime don says "yeS!"
A triple in candlepin bowling is more rare then a 300 in 10 pin bowling.
