You’re definitely one of the top Sims 4 builders when it comes to originality/creativity. Your custom builds are on a whole new level. Not Sims related but do play any other games? I just bought the remastered GTA classics. Definitely nostalgic.
i may not like owning retail stores but i love visiting them and pretending my sims are shopping, like if my sim's microwave broke i'll make them travel to the appliance store and buy a new microwave 💀💀😭 it's so fun so i get especially excited whenever you do community builds, but omg this build is literally perfect, the yellow paint and white tiles to decorate the exterior of the build looked so good, and ofc the shops too theyre gorgeous 💕💕😭
You not owning them cos you don't like to play them or different reason? i just wish they will make them like "auto filled" with AI owners some day will save the effort of filling them ourselves😋
@@RGeetect i once owned a bakery but my sims was working for more than 10 hrs everyday so it was tiring, it also comes to down to me not being good at playing it lol, i just make other sims buy community builds and i visit them bc i find them much more stress free and adds a bit of realism to the game 🥰 you enjoying playing your community builds makes me wanna try again tho :))
Honestly, I watch your vids just to see what magic you're going to create with TOOL. It's as though TMex created that mod specifically for you. That light pole is sick! Your builds amazes me and reminds me how basic my building skill is. I like your mega builds the most...the IKEA one, the colosseum, the hospital and the malls. This one is going in my game. Thank you for sharing.
I just had to watch it on my big telly instead of phone and boy oh boy was it worth it !!! Love the exterior, the bright colours and textures, it really sits in nicely with the surroundings. Amongst many creative ideas : The centre lamp with rings is such a fantastic use of the tool mod 👌🏼or the freezer in the little shop. The little bar is awesome love how you elevated the kitchenThe counters ( almost sure this possible on PS4) but it looks like my local pub in south of the U.K. . Such a fun (and realistic ) touch the empty store, looked like they did a runner for tax evasion ??? 🤣 You aced it certainly worth the 40 min, why would anyone skip through it is beyond me. Thanks RG for PURE entertaining and inspirational ideas😍👍🏼👌🏼

I love the entire build, especially the restaurant! Always amazes me on how you can create such awesome creations without CC! As far as KITS go, like you, I feel these objects should have been part of the original base games. EA does need t move on to Sims 5! I only have a few "KITS" but I'll get this lasted one because its needed for your build😍😍😍

I agree they need to move on to S5, I haven't bought anymore kits even the last 4 kits and Im not gonna buy the new one. I really want them to fix dine out and gtw and revisit some of the older packs and enhance them better and this scenario thing, I don't bother with it either.

I'd actually prefer listening to you ramble for 45 min straight :D Also the tips about TOOL and other build stuff you casually share during the voiceover is helpful. ^^ still maybe the biggest reason I didn't watch the rest is I don't like pop music (ok i hate it tbh) so maybe I'll finish watching the video at some point when I'm not on my phone but the overall look and the first 2 shops look really really good so I bet the rest is too!

I would love to see you try different types of shops, for suggestion a beauty store or LUSH, or Victoria Secret, a fitness store, vitamin shop, an urban outfitters type clothing store and a big box department store.
I don’t want to be THAT simmer but is there a helpful step by step video on how to use the T.O.O.L. Mod. I’ve had the mod for forever but I literally have no idea how to use it and I see you’ve mastered it so any tips will help

Have you ever thought about using the marketing place lot type that came with eco lifestyle as a mall or multi purpose lot? I do believe that mannequins for some reason are not functional on these lots and I have not tested the Cafe vars but all the stals even festival stars are functional. I do believe but not positive that if the tables are stocked that sims will spawn to tend tables. If they ever fix the game where the mannequins are functional that would be a good way to have malls as well.
Actually i had in mind some plans with that lot , but i am not sure how does it world duo the fact i never played the gameplay of eco lifestyle 😅 as far as i know it's selling stuff on tables right?
@@RGeetect yes you can sell stuff at the tables, probably down vendor stalls and npcs will spawn and tend them, you don't need to hire them. If you put down the wall foe paintings from city living, sorry I'm not sure what it is called, npcs will spawn to sell paintings. I'm not sure if the Cafe from get to work will spawn npcs but I think the lunch buffed from DU works, I can't remember. For some reason though the mannequins were not functioning in my gamebut I'm not sure if that is a glitch because mannequins are functional on any lot but that one for me.
I say "The longer the better" If they keep adding to the game that people have invested so heavily, which will keep it feeling "new" keep it coming. It will be kinda sad when Sims5 comes out, everything about Sims 4 will be put on the back burner. I don't mind the kits coming out this "late" It makes it feel like its new again.....kwim
Does anyone know why this mall does not work anymore? Im so devastated. Everytime I go to place it, my game crashes. I used to have it working just fine But silly me lost my save.
