Most of those homes looked rather sterile. Not cozy or rustic. Over excess is like eating your favourite ice cream everyday. I like small amounts of luxury. It nauseates me when it’s in front of me all the time

Grevillia is terrible and without privacy and worth under 1 million. The rest is awesome and amazing and superb and worth every penny!
😆Grevilla is located in Cap Ferrat the most prestigious in the french riviera. It includes 3 buildings(one owner and two guest houses), 20 car garage and a yacht marina in front, it's very close to everything. The rest of the listings they don't offer privacy, you can see it from the road or you can even touch it. Example saint antoine you can really touch the back of the building if you walk around the road. Alang-Alang( the most overrated) you can pass the back road and spit on it's roof or throw shit in the pool. The new villa in cannes villa La Noiseuse with very good privacy is not listed here because the price is lower.
