Obviously Bangkok plus Thailand has a very fascinating culture and the food is very delicious and more healthy. Plus the city is more safer in Bangkok of course don't get me wrong Manila has some good places to visit especially in Makati it's a beautiful area there I'll agree that the people there can speak really good English.

If Bangkok have ancient Buddhist temples, Metro Manila also have heritage Catholic Churches that are uniquely Filipino in architecture which are worth visiting. Bangkok has its Tuktuk while Metro Manila has its iconic Jeepneys which the Philippine govt is trying to remove from the streets of Metro Manila and wanted to be replaced by minibuses made in China and India. Bangkok has Suvarnabhumi airport which proudly bear signages in Thai characters translated in English to welcome you while Metro Manila has Ninoy Aquino International airport which bear signages in English with chinese characters translation as if we are part of China instead of signages in Filipino with English translation since not all Filipinos can understand English. Both Bangkok and Metro Manila have train networks for you to get around the metropolis. Malls in Metro Manila have signages in English with chinese character translations instead again of signages in Filipino with English translation while malls in Bangkok have signages in Thai characters with English translation. Metro Manila street food scene is also interesting though of course Bangkok street foods are more exotic. Both cities have areas that are clean and not so well clean. Bangkok Metropolitan region is larger than Metro Manila but smaller compared to Mega Manila Metropolitan Region.

Manila is stunning how much more if the BBP( build build program) is done up to 90%? skyways, subways, bridges, rehabilitation program for informal settlers, manila bay, marikina and pasig river, railways from luzon to mindanao. longest bridges and coastal roads to connect islands, main hubs for terminals like buses, modern jeepneys and vans, beautiful airports and the second largest airport in the world. In God we trust ASEAN will rise!

This video is quite interesting and fun though I have to say that the views are a little self-centered. As expected of course. Bangkok and Manila are different cities of different societies, we can't expect the values and principles of the people to be similar. I've been to both cities many times, and I never compare how things are happening and being done on both areas, coz' they're occupied by different people. Highly different people. Just by religion alone- very different already. Bangkok gains much in Tourism, whilst Manila gains from industrial ways- which is also another difference. Government-wise, Thailand is a Monarchical, whilst The Philippines is a Democratic..... better get to know these facts first before we compare. ;)
Yes it is obvious there are differences - as with everything. As I've mentioned at the start of the video, these are my thoughts coming from someone who grew up in Manila. It's my first time in Bangkok and I'm just sharing my first impressions as an ordinary tourist fascinated in this city and again, how it fairs compared to mine. Thanks for sharing your thoughts as well. 😁
Thailand is safe. You can party , walk, until midnight without thief. Actually, Street not found policeman or security guard in building cause of safe city. Some countries people can't go the outside home after midnight.

MadKing Slayer it’s been noted in the video that both have well developed areas, just that Manila’s ultra developed areas such as those like BGC, Rockwell, etc. are in clusters. Yes there’s also poverty in Bangkok. But it was also noted in the video that Manila’s is much more apparent. There’s always something of everything everywhere.
