No matter how many times they change meditate, it'll literally never be worth running it over the other abilities when you can just sit for spells/campfire for spells.

You're good, no qs, but the best build is full spellcasting on perks: Quick Chant, Sage, Arcane Mastery + Spell Overload/ Meditation on skill, spells: FB, zap, MM, invis and haste.
With it you cast very fast always, have a lot of spells in tank and replenish them all 0 to 100% in a few seconds.
you don't need sage if you're building correctly(quick chant is basically 2x better)
