It is humble request that we need a coach like Dravid Sir, but there is no one capable in PCB or anywhere around it, and if in case we get some, our structure would not be able to digest such a person. Indian cricket system is a big institution which is operated by a bunch of high class professionals. Wherever such system exists selection of players is always done on merit. Only meritorious selection produce world class results. Pakistan has produced greats of the game but unfortunately they are not involved with the PCB system. But people like Mohd Yousf with Junior cricketers is giving very good results who shall be encouraged to continue with Junior team. I still remember When Javid Miandad was the coach of pakistan team they were difficult to beat. At present team India has no comparison with Pakistan team in skill set, professionalism, game awareness which is reflected in results.

You are 100% right. Younus Khan is the most neutral, most dedicated and technically accomplished cricketer in Pakistan. His personal stats are also phenomenal. But he is too sensitive and is prone to abandoning posts on trivial disagreements. Being an upright person he can not face criticism either. We need a thick skinned person who could take criticism and face interference from all directions. I thought Waqar Younus would be a better choice as he somewhat fits into such description. Hafeez is another guy, a bit childish, but I liked a number of things in his style during his recent short stint as director PCB.
One more thing, start plying games with big teams, keep reserve strength, promote national coach, keep friendship and politics away, bring fitness and lastly dont depends only on Babar and Rizwan,

Bcci has two dimensions.
1. Adminstration, where politicians and political activities happens.
2. Technical Department, where Selectors , and complete cricket based things will happen.

If Pakistan has to improve Babar Azam should be removed as captain, he is not a captaincy material. He is against giving chance to newer people except for the ones who have his backing. Younus Khan is the most neutral, most dedicated and technically accomplished cricketer in Pakistan. His personal stats are also phenomenal. But he is too sensitive and is prone to abandoning posts on trivial disagreements. Being an upright person he can not face criticism either.
We need a thick skinned person who could take criticism and face interference from all directions. I thought Waqar Younus would be a better choice as he somewhat fits into such description. Hafeez is another guy, a bit childish, but I liked a number of things in his style during his recent short stint as director PCB.
One more thing, start plying games with big teams, keep reserve strength, promote national coach, keep friendship and politics away, bring fitness and lastly dont depends only on Babar and Rizwan,
