You know, a simple, yet delightful game is honestly what everyone could use right about now. I miss tie-ins that shocked, like the RoTS game. Some were legit fun & good. This game had the potential to be that.
Speaking of DC, James Gunn said that in his plans for the DCU is the idea of making canon video games that link movies and series, which I think is a fantastic idea. Same with comics and universe books. I wish the MCU did the same..
I hope that we get a new, improved and rebooted, but a more simple Avengers game somewhere in the future. I would’ve played this one than the one we recently got because it’s more fun and again, simple. If they do make a new Avengers game someday, they need to get it right, make it in third-person, instead of first-person, that way we can see the heroes, while we play as them, all the heroes are playable and we can switch back and forth from hero to hero that way we don’t get stuck playing one hero. Also, all of the original six Avengers are the main characters/superheroes of the game and fans can be able to play as all of them and of course Hawkeye is included from the start, not like how he wasn’t from the beginning from the last Avengers game. So, that’s how it should be. Simple and straightforward!!!
Well, I disagree with you on the roster. Having the OG 6 MCU Avengers in a new game makes a lot more sense than the initial roster from the comics because you need Captain America on the team as he’s the leader and having both Black Widow and Hawkeye is a must because they’re real assets to the team and are like the “cherry on top/icing on the cake” when it comes to completely assembling the team. Ant-Man and the Wasp are cool and all, but they’re not needed. I don’t really see them as founding members, at least the Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne versions. To me they’re more like mentor-figures than superheroes. Scott Lang and Hope van Dyne are great as their versions of the respective heroes, but those versions aren’t established as heroes and don’t join the team until later down the line in the comics. I know I’m describing the MCU mostly, but I feel that’s the best interpretation of the characters that we all know and love
@InevitableOption-ic2vx yes, all that you said can be done and any form of media of the Avengers can work in the game. So, it’s possible. But to be honest though, in my opinion the MCU is the best interpretation of what the Avengers should be and should be used as a blueprint and a guide to the game. I agree with standalone missions, but give each Avenger, their own standalone mission, before all assembling together as the team in the majority of the main game. I wasn’t happy with the result of the last Avengers game, like leaving out Hawkeye from the very beginning, (even though he was put in the game later on) and making Ms. Marvel the main character of sorts and focus on her in the story. It just made no sense. It didn’t feel like an Average game. It felt more like a Ms. Marvel game. So, hopefully, if a new Avengers game is made someday, hopefully they’ll listen to the fans and do right by them and do right to the lore of the Avengers and Marvel as a whole
an FPS Avengers would have been pretty cool. I can't think of any FPS superhero games. Although I am glad we don't get tie in games. They are always just too rushed
I always wondered why there was never this game and also a sequel to the Captain America game with the villains: Grim reaper,Red Skull,Taskmaster,Crossbones,Baron Zemo and the return of Madame Hydra and Baron Von strucker Left alive in the game for a sequel talks about the possible sequel to this Captain America game like and Bye!
The last MCU game was LEGO Marvel’s Avengers. Which was a tie in to both Age of Ultron and the first Avengers movie. Plus if we count VR and Mobile games, There were also the Spider-Man Homecoming trilogy’s VR Games, and the Mobile games based on Phase 2.
Had Only THQ Only Kept The U-Draw Peripheral For Only The Wii Console And Marvel Granting Them Alternative Funding, Then They Would Have Saved The Avengers Game From Selling The Rights From Ubisoft.

Definitely agree. Feels like gaming doesn’t really do “simple” anymore
Thq's death marked the end of the gaming middle class.
I loved the Marvel's Avengers game we got (all the problems aside) what a great video man. Subscribed. Can't wait to watch that Indiana Jones video.
THQ really was making video games
They definitely made some of the games of all time
I think going from 3rd person to 1st was a mistake IMO. Also just discovered this channel, dope videos.
I think you're right, even development-wise restarting like that was guaranteed to cause big budgetary problems. Thanks for sticking around!
@@LuckStat and now the last one got taken away from stores, it's like this title is a curse for the gaming industry. I'm here for life now.

This is the best video I’ve seen about this game. You deserve more views and I’ll do my best to help. Keep it up!
Thank you so much!

Marvel’s Avengers 2 need to come out
Great vid, as always!!
I haven't engaged with marvel in years. But if I ever found a copy of captian America super soldier for the ps3 in the wild, I wouldn't hesitate.
It's very close to great, just a little wonky in a charming way
This game would’ve been better than the other one we got recently
Marvel's Left 4 Dead.... there is a pun there somewhere!
"More like Bored 2 Death watching these Marvel movies amirite?"
This was so depressing to watch ;c I wonder if they'd ever reconsider a first person avengers game.
This game would’ve been good thq went out making great games

They should release the build of this game

I wish we got this my god I loved both UA games but 1 was unmatched
I’m still trying to recapture the feeling that game gave me when I first played it. Just so much good in it
@@LuckStat fr man especially gold edition
Oh we got an avengers game alright.. avengers from "wish".. 😂
REAL
Ultimate Alliance 2 is the best marvel game ever.
Big break is coming soon man I can feel it
Hey that hulk game was good idc
No way I’m going to fault you for liking it. I think it’s the second best of the MCU games, and definitely played my fair share when it first came out
