Идея хорошая, только конденсаторы так быстро выйдут из строя. Нужно кондёры разгрузить через мощные мосфеты, с отсечкой по току, под различную толщину металла.

OK, there is more going on here than just the capacitors. You show charging the capacitors with 24V which is fine for the 68V 4700uf capacitors you show in the video but your link to capacitors is to supercapacitors that are 2.7v which will likely explode with 24V applied.
Second if you watch the video, the spot welding and heating continue long after the initial spot contact. The capacitors would discharge almost instantly. From this I believe that you are probably using 2 12V auto batteries or other high current batteries which are basically doing the welding not the capacitors.
The mechanical part is pretty decent, but the electronics are just not right.

Tendria que aclarar bien los materiales usados. Asi como el amperaje de la fuente. Este video muestra un condensador y en el enlace muestra otro que no es el mismo. Si conectas uno de 2.7 v a un fuente de 24 v como muestra el video, tendrás una gran explosión.

You ought to mention the capacitor value/ working voltage value.Needs battery to operate the welding machine.Every thing is needed with the thickness of cop.wire etc. Then it will be useful for a normal persons,please.

Capacitor shown in videos 1:18 it's 63v/4700uf and in given link in Amazon it's 2.7v/500f both are different so which one is correct..?

As an idea, yes a good one 👍👍 but capacitors won't last that long🙄. And yet, given their cost, it seems to me cheaper to buy a finished device from China🤔

Ball bearings are absolutely not required.
Instead of music commentary would be more useful.
There is need for charging current limiting.
For different types of job thickness charging voltage may be made adjustable.
