Man! I remember in pandemic you upload a video on your thoughts on social media. Can you upload that video again? You had a very interesting point of view that I need to hear again 🙌🏽
This is the toughest part of improv for me. I think I’ve clocked enough hours in the bedroom woodshed, I just need to improve my mindset. And unfortunately, the only way forward is to do it on the bandstand. Gotta make it a risky situation to push yourself. Also, that advice to play the bad note twice really works. Repetition’s gotten me out of some pretty funky situations, If I find that I’ve lost the form of the song.
This is sick. I definitely plan on buying this course but have some major holes I'm trying to hammer out before hand... I keep buying lessons and not finishing them, but finally found some that are working for me. Right now i feel like I'm a little bit behind what you are teaching.
