After about 2-3 weeks, the textures of these became extremely gritty/grainy for some reason? It started with the shade "raspberry jelly", and now "toast" has the same texture which is a bummer. But I just wanted to give an update on that in case anyone had the same experience.

I reached out to customer service about this and this was their respons:
"Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our peptide lip treatment contains waxes that can occasionally harden with temperature changes. This does not affect the safety or performance of the product. Any grainy feel should smooth out upon application. If you are still having issues with the product, we'd be happy to provide a refund or a replacement, whichever you'd prefer"
Since this is a common thing I don't think sending out new products is gonna help...The grainy texture kind of ruins the whole "smooth and buttery" experience in my opinion and I have never had any lip product become this way. I am sending the products back for them to review, and they said they would send me out new ones. Great and prompt response from their team though!
Aw man! I have three of them except ribbon, and raspberry jelly and espresso are gritty, ESPECIALLY the raspberry one. Plus the colour of that is so patchy and settles in my lip lines. But I wanted to ask, has ribbon also gone bad? Bc its such a cute shade 🥹

Hello, I placed an order on the Rhode website as soon as it was opened to France. I also took the lip tint in toast shade, I love it. Take care of yourself

Bare minerals have a lip glossbalm in a similar shade called Zen. Hailey worked with them before she brought Rhode out 🙂
