@@metranjessamaep.364 dito sa problem na to jessa kailangan mo gawin is to compute magkano ba yung value na babayran mo installment basis. Dahil 10% yung dp mo. Ibig sabihin 90% lng ng 20k ang babayaran mo installment, that is 18k lng. Since 60 months yung term eto na ngayun yung total period mo. Tapos since 15% "compounded" monthly , based sa format, yung 15% is automatic nominal so kailangn pa idivide sa compounding period na 12 kasi monthly. So yung interest rate per period mo is 1.25%. Eto na ngayun ang gagamitin mo using present worth annuity formula to get the monthly payment.na kalaunan ang dapat na makuha mong answer is... 428.22 pesos per month na payment. Hope it helps 😁
