Exclusive: South Sudan's Machar says blocked from Juba

South Sudanese rebel leader and former vice president Riek Machar has accused the government of blocking his return to the capital to form a unity government after two years of war.
Machar was supposed to return to Juba on Monday as part of a deal to end a civil war that has killed more than 50,000 people and forced more than 2 million people from their homes.
