Isn't a count in different from a click all the way through? 😀. If you put a click to the track and you record yourself playing along you will always have the click in your recording. If you add your own click you can take it out when you're done recording. 😀 Keep drumming!

Ahhh did not know this was available; back in the day I used to cover this song, we used to get very good compliments as I have never seen any bassist ever play that song just exactly as Geddy recorded it and the guitar player was also spotless note by note, riff by riff; we were called BCY (can not remember what it means, many moons has passed!) now it is time to see if I can be up still to the challenge; it would be really nice to have the click track to it even when is given the time signature that does not work well on Studio One Pro V3.5 which is where I will intend to add the drums to it.
Why not just add your own click? I don't understand. If the click was in the track when you're done recording, the click will always be there and it will sound bad with a click going during your performance. I'm so confuse as to why people want a click permanently in the track. Pease help me to understand, thank you

This generation has it so much easier today with modern technology and really no excuse for not being able to learn anything if you want it bad enough.
Our bar band (I was the drummer) rehearsed this song (for a Wedding, we usually wouldn't have played RUSH in bars) without me, so I could catch (the myth, mystery and mist, hahaha) the subtleties and nuances. Turns out, they're aren't any without the drums; they provide 90% of the songs character. Anyway, we pulled it off I guess. No one through anything at us, so...🎯
Intresting that last second where they cut back to the riff before the solo the isolated drums have that extra second too..might need to mix the 2 together

Nunca comparei a versão original com essa, pode ser que tenha alguma diferença mínima de tempo. Eu não retiro a bateria das músicas, não tem como fazer isso! Para "retirar" a bateria ou qualquer outra coisa de uma música, o único jeito é ter as trilhas individuais originais de cada instrumento e aí é só "mutar" o instrumento que não se quer ouvir. Grande parte das músicas disponíveis dessa forma foram retiradas de jogos como Guitar Hero ou Rock Band.

Exactly what I thought. Listen to all the empty space where Neil was playing lead drums. Hearing this is like Jimi Hendrix music with no guitar.

A click is very helpful when there's long blank spaces with no reference. A click on left track so only the drummer can hear it.

eu não tiro a bateria - para ficar assim só é possível se encontrar as faixas isoladas dos instrumentos, aí coloca tudo junto e só muta a bateria.

I do not use software to remove the drums. I use the isolated tracks and just mute the drums.
