I feel like this winter album has a different tone from the others, which is why it is personally my favourite. The other had this warm, RNB Christmas vibe that makes you feel all cozy. This one is much more somber, it really does feel like a lonely rainy day. I love listening to it when I'm feeling a bit sad or introspective (Lights Out in particular, the lyrics are amazing)
Maybe you were looking for the word atmospheric? This is how I would describe this album but cinematic is also spot on. I get goosebumps with every song (reaction to when I feel emotional due to music). I think this album suits their voices so well. In my top 3 along with Love Shot and Lotto/Exact albums. I looooooove it so much.

This album brought me to EXO and now it's your last one, what a journey. I love how you imagine different scenarios to the songs bc I can relate so much. Also you have to listen to this album on a rainy day, drinking some coffee or tea, it really warms my heart when I do it.

This album dropped during Jonghyun's death so the lyrics remind me of him. They delayed it out of respect for him and dropped it a bit over a week later so the impact was still there. The lyrics can be really depressing but heartfelt which is why I can't stop thinking about him.

I'm binge watching your reactions to EXO and this one took me back to the time this album had just came out.. at the time, I had to do long commutes every single day in my car all alone, it was a really tough time, and it was cold, rainy, very gloomy.. the best thing about my days was this album, I played : Stay, Fall, and Been Through on shuffle all the way everyday. Sometimes they would make me smile and sing my heart out, other times I just get emotional and cry while listening to them..
This album is truly something else.

Fall was my initial favorite (until I read the lyrics for Lights Out); my first thought when I heard Fall was "N Sync's song Gone"!!!~ EXO just always gives me the music that I miss with a sprinkling of new stuff I've never heard before^.^ This album is also peak of their ability to paint a picture & just take you somewhere while you're listening~~~

20:48 The theory is not quite right, FiFi 😅 The black keys are just sharps or flats of the white notes, there's no major or minor quality about them individually. The combination of white and black keys are what create a major or minor quality.
'Fall' is actually in A minor and 'Stay' is in E major. What I learned is to never go off how the song makes you feel, because minor can sound happy and major can sound sad, it's all about the choice of chords.
ANDSTONE100 my bad .. in school I was taught that the black keys are what make a chord sound ‘sad’ and that it was in minor.... I don’t play the piano so I wouldn’t know, it was just something that was said to me and I believed it!
