In a prompt, I would explain what you want to create and then explain the branding guidelines you want ChatGPT to follow when creating the content. The more information and specific guidelines you can give, the better the result. Your prompt can be very long with a lot of information. If possible, you can include an example of what you are expecting so it can be created from an example that has already worked for you. You can also upload a PDF that has more information about your brand or guidelines so it can understand you more. Then I would highlight over the generation it gives you. If it doesn’t bring the formatting, I would go back to ChatGPT and tell it that the table information is good but it’s not copying well into a word document. Can you make so I can copy and paste the table and formatting into a word doc.

I'd be curious to know if that is happening on all browsers or just specific browsers or what is causing it? I normally use Chrome and it has been working fine. Let us know if you find something specific that is causing this to not work.

I show various examples to help illustrate the different types of data it can copy and what to do when it doesn't copy over the way you want, like in math language. A lot of people are very new to ChatGPT and its capabilities, so this video explains how to prompt ChatGPT and then use the prompt to keep the formatting for multiple types of ChatGPT generations. If you are more experienced with ChatGPT and keyboard shortcuts, then yes this is a very beginner video for you! :) For some, though, this is an excellent springboard/intro into how to use ChatGPT and then how to keep the formatting if they were disappointed in the built-in ChatGPT copy button.
It unfortunately does not work on Android at this time. They are constantly improving and updating it, so it might be a future update you can watch for!
