so steady, relaxed, and effective. its a performance that allows the viewer to sit back and enjoy the beauty of Tchaikovsky. the peaceful and gentle interpretation is so refreshing!
Es perfecta la ejecución, limpia, simple, precisa, extraordinaria. Valentino es un sí y Alondra se anota otro sí. Es esperanzador y prometedora la nueva generación de músicos y directores. Grande Tchaika con su particularidad y sensibilidad... poesía, ballet y humanidad por todos lados.

What a beautiful performance of a beautiful composition. I like how this interpretation lets the music speak for itself and isn’t forced. Wonderful. And this ensemble and the cellist are amazing.

Wunderschöne Aufführung dieser romantischen und fein komponierten Variationen mit süßem Ton des genialen Solocellos und perfekt entsprechenden Tönen anderer Instrumente. Die geniale Dirigentin leitet das kompakte und ausgezeichnete Orchester im lyrischen Tempo und mit perfekt vereinigter Dynamik. Wahrlich faszinierend!

Bravissimo Valentino für diese herrliche Musik und wunderbare Interpretation. Das "hr-Sinfonieorchester" hat mit Ihnen (als erster Cellist) eine sehr gute Wahl getroffen und man kann nur hoffen demnächst die Cello-Konzerte mit Ihnen zu hören. Hier haben Sie gezeigt, dass Sie sich mit den besten Cellisten mühelos messen können. Ihre Eltern (die Mutter, Bratschistin/der Vater Geiger, u.a. sehr bekannt als Mitglieder des ehemaligen Joachim-Quartetts) können sehr stolz auf ihren Sohn sein.
Das Hr-Sinfonieorchester hat seine Wahl getroffen...
Naja, aber er scheint doch einen Ortswechsel zu bevorzugen.
Ein recht kurzes Gastspiel !
Arno Nym, hat er denn das Orchester gewechselt und wenn JA, wo spielt er jetzt?
Das möchte ich hier in der Öffentlichkeit nicht unbedingt breittreten.
Jedenfalls hat er eine Stelle in einem anderen deutschen Orchester bekommen, und das legt ja die Vermutung nahe, das er , aus welchen Gründen auch immer, wechseln wollte.
Naja, sooo geheim ist es nicht: Es steht öffentlich auf seiner Homepage (www.valentino-worlitzsch.com/), dass er in der kommenden Spielzeit der 1. Solo-Cellist im Gewandhausorchester Leipzig sein wird.
@@philipfsx Was soll daran auch geheim sein? ...zu diesem Orchester-Aufstieg kann man ihn dann ja nur beglückwünschen! Eine reine Solo-Karriere dürfte wohl eher schwierig sein, oder?

Indescribably wonderful! There is one variation about 2/3 of the way through the work where the cello and a flute play counterpoint to each other which sends chills up my spine. I wish I knew which number it is.
