I offered 100 but was not ready to accept, again offered 200 still he was not accepting. But finally, after negotiations somehome, he accepted 200. And he said don't need money via UPI as he need only Cash. The station is just less than a Km, but still he took 200. Only on papers, govt says no corruption but ground reality is different. Here in Allahabad Up, You have to pay at least 1500 to 2000 to the police. Otherwise they will not proceed with your application.
You are lucky atleast you have option here they can't proceed even if you atr ready to pay 10k

Not worry first of all you should clear in your mind that police verification complete on the basis of your permanent address.

Why can't you reapply for a new passport? More importantly,unless you have a home at your Navi Mumbai, how did you pass the passport verification?

sir, my son passport validity is expired and also the address as we shifted to guargaon. he was minor when the passport was issued. should we go for new passport or renewal of passport?. pl reply as we r confused. thank u.

My police verification was sent to local police on 27 June no police official came to my house on 20 July when I visited the local police station the officer tells me your verification should have happened long time back so he send the officer to my house and does my verification the officer who does my verification said it will take a week to send clear report to the passport authority today it's 9 August it's still happening
If they need some thing they should ask me why keep my application on hold
