Ah! The little messages at the very end after counting down were so comforting and relaxing. Do you happen to have a full video that is spoken in that same whisper throughout the whole video? If not, I would love to put in a vote for one! I've been listening to whisper ASMR for years and how you spoke at the very end (22:35+) was definitely one of the most relaxing whispers ever!

This really did help me clear my sinus, and also helped me to clear my clenched teeth. I got a teeth extraction a few days ago, and I’ve been feeling trapped in my jaw, and my whole face. I also managed to let go of some tension in my other parts of my body, so thank you so much for this! ❤❤❤ And now this video is helping me get over my fear of sleeping in a new room, because it feels weird lol
Many of us have excesses of negative energy around us. Whatever the source, just push it away. Just put your hands up and press them forward through the air, pushing that energy away from you. Allow it to be moved away from you while you move on from it. If you need, there are always people to take that energy and brush it away. Pull it away. Toss it aside. There are always people who can put positive energy into you. Allow their positive energy in and allow that positive energy in you to move to the next place. Know that you are loved.
