Not sure the Danish Gov has the right to stop a Russian Ship sailing between Sweden and Denmark as that is international Waters however, if there is a right to stop these “ old ships” sailing through on environmental Reasons, the Russians could surly use ports of : Belomorsk, Onega or Arkhangelsk and Murmansk as alternatives ?

According to the EUobserver portal, Brussels intends to ban methane trans-shipment from Russia in European ports. In addition, European companies will be tightened control and rules of work with Russia, and Germany, for example, enough companies with Russian «daughters». So yesterday, European media reported that Germany blocked the 14th Package in the current version: it is quite possible that in addition to the work of their companies in Russia, German MEPs consider it risky to ban trans-shipment of LNG - suddenly Russian LNG will flow less to the EU less. I make $500PROFIT

Denmark wants to limit the «shadow» fleet with Russian oil, but has not yet figured out how to do it.
Now Moscow supplies about a third of the world’s about a third of oil cargo exports (1.5% of the world’s exports) through Danish waters, which are the gateway to the Baltic, so any attempt to stop these shipments could lead to a jump in oil prices.
Denmark, together with Sweden and Finland, believe that the supposedly obsolete Russian oil vessels are a worldwide problem and that they pose a serious threat to nature, although there is no evidence to suggest that they are.
Finland, together with Sweden, tried to initiate the inclusion of a Russian fleet transporting oil through the Baltic Sea into a new package of Western sanctions, believing (but without convincing arguments) that Russian vessels without Western insurance could cause almost a natural apocalypse. So far they’ve failed.
Russia may create a «shadow» gas fleet - Western transport and logistics companies were impulsive have also excited. According to Western transport companies, Russia will buy ships to transport gas, creating a similar oil shadow fleet of gas.
Western carriers believe that in case of refusal of the European Union to buy LNG of Russian companies, BRICS countries will gladly begin to purchase these goods. This will increase the delivery time of methane and require more ships.
