So sorry to hear you have Endo, I have Endo too and finally after 7 years of being diagnosed found things that have helped my Endo symptoms. Highly recommend acupuncture it’s honestly changed my life. Initially I went weekly but now just go once a month. I know it’s so tough though so really do feel for you. I’m about to do IVF because I’m infertile but I know so many women with Endo that have had children naturally ❤❤❤

Start of January I had a breast exam, that led to a breast ultrasound, found 2 tumors … I’m almost 25 in April & now having to have surgery before then really sucks & the idea is stressin me out! I have stage 4 endo, all of my organs are stuck together, the endo had infiltrated deep inside of my bowel and is covering all other organs, along with 7cm cysts on ovaries. I had no symptoms (other than painful periods) so only got diagnosed when I was 35/36 as I started getting excruciating pelvic pain (outside of my period) at that time. It’s good you know about it early
sending big hugs, I've been in agony for years and the surgery showed clear for endo but i have all the symptoms .... i keep having ovarian cysts etc too it's just a living nightmare i wish i could chat to someone who relates. Be kind to yourself it is a lot to deal with xxx

Be the best person u can possibly be, so well all be together with our loved ones again with no worries!!!! There's no sense in dwelling on something we can't control! I have to give myself this pep talk lately! I lost my daddy 13 years ago, and recently, I lost my uncle aunt and grandmother all within a year and 3 n months. My poor mama has lost all of her people besides her kids 😢 break my heart into! Had me questioning why, but God put us all here for a reason, so may as well enjoy the heck out of it while we can 😢 life flies by can't waste any days love!!!!@ sending prayers vertial hugs and quick healing! I have pcos as well, and it's shit!!!!! ❤
Recently discovered I have endometriosis and having to make some tough decisions at a fairly young age. Just remember you don’t have to rush into anything and take each day as it comes. There are also some small lifestyle changes which can help elevate symptoms ❤
Hearing about your surgery hit home because last year January I had to have a surgery similar to that, and it was also an unplanned emergency surgery. It’s a lot to go through and I hope you have a great support team and heal from it ❤️❤️ wishing you well! You look great btw, happy new year!

LIFE HACK: use your hairdryer on the TKMAXX labels. Just for 10-15 seconds or so to soften the glue then peel immediately, re heat if still not peeling easily. They usually come off perfectly! ❤❤❤❤
