I have a Samsung a20, recently I updated to Android 11 and now fast charging doesn't work, the screen shows Fast charging but it actually takes 2 hours to fully charge but when I turn off the phone and connect the charger it doesn't take long to charge, what's the problem please?

Could be a software problem. Try to fully update, make a backup of your data and do a factory reset. Or also try a different cable-charger. Good luck
