I rebuilt a HP300 last week. I just heated the socket with a rose bud and set it straight on, and able to set the socket liner on straight afterwards with no extra heating
Was soll das sein ?? Ich habe früher ehemals Omnicone 937, 1144,1356 HP 400 und 500 etc. die Tragschale allein bei 120-130 °C aufgebaut und geschrumpft. Danach aufgesetzt mit Gummihammer festgeschlagen und gleich die Bolzen eingesetzt und verschraubt mit Schlagschrauber, danach sofort das Bronzelager aufsetzen und verschrauben. Das Schrumpfmaß liegt bei 0,1-0,2mm. Da benötigt man keine 170°C. Würde sagen nicht aufgepasst bei Schulungen in Macon ehem. Bergeaut - Nordberg oder Tampere - Nordberg !!!
@@isaacmensah7154 the main shaft can be pressed out with press, it is tight interference fit of 15/1000 inch, (0.015 inch) the shaft is tapered fit, when you want to install it, heat the frame to 250 Degrees Celsius

Nice video. May i asking. Why Nordberg HP300 Cone machine was trip (electric) when to operate? its caused by countershaft and eccentric bushing?
