Those are longear sunfish. Great looking ones at that. But they’re not pumpkinseeds.

Hey bud, I just ran across this bud while searching for “native tank vids” and I noticed in your text it stated that you were from north Alabama, I am too! I subscribed and look forward to any future native tank videos you post. I have a few videos of my own native tank uploaded, check them out if you get a chance, they aren’t the best quality but I’m still working out my camera techniques lol

Yep Longear's, we have always called them Pumpkinseed around here about the same as we call any sunfish Bream.
