I've always been a wallflower on yotube and just enjoyed watching content, I've never commented before, but i just want to say ive really enjoyed watching your budget food videos! Vet creative and inspiring 😊
You're doing really well. I found your channel just yesterday and am binge watching my way through. 😊 For me, I have found recently that a five day meal plan works better. There are always leftovers for the last two days.
I would definitely eat your meals! I love concocting stuff from leftovers. Most things taste so much better the next day. Porridge is good for breakfast. I alternate with overnight oats 😊
Not to deter you. I tried being vegan and being a woman I feel tired and lack iron so I struggled to get my iron intake (my fault for not picking iron rich veggies I know hehe). The other thing was I have or it made me have IBS. Too much fibre so I had to introduce meat back. I don't eat as much meat these days but still keep it in there sprinkled in hahaha
Hi Rechenda, I've just found your channel and wanted to say hello and tell you im loving your creative ways with food. Also your cat is gorgeous 🥰. Im enjoying a binge-watch and have subscribed. Have a good day xxx
To keep carrots fresh in the fridge put into an airtight jar with a piece of kitchen roll..as long as the lid fits the 🥕 will last around two weeks..👍x
Hi 4th vid today and got to say ,really enjoyed every one of them Absolutly love ur creativity, with ur meals Deffinatly look moorish U certainly wouldnt starve People havent got to eat steaks ect to survive Mè myself prefer ,plain foods Beans ,eggs toast salads ect Allso love scotch eggs
I love that jumper!! A great find! Also, love nutmeg! Its great on rice pudding Get in there with the seitan!!! Yessss!!! It’s better if you boil it as it stops the end result tasting ‘floury’. Its ok if you just fry it though 💚
You could use the veg to make a stir fry. Also you could make a really easy red lentil curry and use up veg. You could stew the apples and you can add it to yoghurt or your porridge or make an apple cake. You can have the sausages with Sauerkraut. Or make them into meatballs. You could also make your own granola or flapjacks.
Great video's.working my way through them. The hm pickles you made are called ' bread & butter pickles' We make them often. The left over vinegar from the jar when eaten all the pickles we use in potato or chicken salads, hm coleslaw, hm mayo or added to dips etc ,as it has lots of flavor from the pickled veg..
@@TheBudgetFoodie l made a jar yesterday for nk weekend salad. You can use what ever you have that needs using up . l used a a few radishes, l/4 of cuc, l carrot, l small sweet onion. few runner beans, l celery stick, all sliced thin. Can also use raw cauli., shredded white cabbage. ACV best rather than malt vinegar. Pickles great for hotdogs too. Ready nk day/or in a weeks times.Keep in fridge as only last about a month..
Yummo :) I love desert based bread. I have been loving full protien bread with almond butter, nannas & honey *chefs kiss* The sausage casserol looked divine. I hadn't thought about freezing peppers like that & using them in a casserole. Love it. I usually get a bunch of peppers in my discounted produce box.
All you need to do is watch a few films about what really happens to animals and you’ll definitely be a life long vegan and a lot healthier. Just remember to take B12 . Lots of starches rice potatoes beans lentils tofu nuts plenty of fruit and veggies and you’ll be fine and never have to feel hungry . Use lots of herbs and spices so easy and so much cheaper !!
I second this! Besides the ethical point (not everyone wants to hear it) meat is expensive. Good, healthy, nutrient-dense meals come from veg! Grains, pulses, leafy greens are all awesome for your health ❤
Hey! First: I Really like your overall style, how you make your videos, talk etc. And Jack, like him also. And second: there is absolutely nothing wrong about eating oat porridge every morning. I’ve kept that going and going. Sometimes, on weekends I eat banana-oat pancakes or home baked gluten free bread. Thats it.
So creative and smart money saving ideas. Thanks so much for sharing.😋
You are so welcome! X

Orange skin is often sprayed with chemicals so it isn't a nice thought unless you can get oranges without wax etc?
Amazing as usual - thank you. A nosey question ! are the containers you use in the fridge/freezer glass or plastic ??
Glass x
My cat loves water from a glass, or tap despite having his own water fountain 😅
Just found your channel. Great content ❤
Welcome!! Yay thank you x
Hi there love your personality. But don't like your glasses, have you thought to change them! You have beautiful features. Much love❤❤❤
I love them x
I admire the way you throw away nothing.
If the sausages you had for breakfast were veggie I would have eaten them.
❤❤❤
❤️
Yes! Be vegan! My family and I have been vegan since 2017. Best thing ever. You can't love animals as much as we do and want to eat them ❤
I know I feel that xx

I’ve got a boxer dog called Bruno 🐶
Aww hello to little bruno x
I would eat anything you make.
Thanks Denise
Vegan margarine is no worse than any other margarine and butter is no good either!
Oh no! Is butter bad? Xx
Nine times out of ten my answer is NO
Haha fair x
