Either he found it out himself, or Draig decided to tell it to him. What did Issei think/get to know? Rias knew of Raynare, since her familiar had given Issei a summoning paper, before his date and had taken a picture of raynare etc… Issei then obviously was able to put 2+2 together… She left him to die, so she could have a powerful and loyal servant. Why? In his head, he knew it. To defeat riser. What did Issei do? The day of the rating game, when the peerage should’ve meet 1 hour before the begin of the rating game and go through tactics again etc, he didn’t appear. What was Issei doing? He removed his evil pieces with the help of draig, thus allowing him to become human again and not dying. Or maybe draig made Issei a full dragon? Anyways: Rias without Issei was obviously doomed. Either she married Riser and is completely depressed and broken, or Sirchezs broke off the marriage, with the help of his status. But due to him interfering in pillar families affair, while having to be neutral, which he wasn’t, many devils, being it pillars member, high ranking devils, the old satan faction and so on, wanted Sirchezs removed from his title. Why? He wasn’t neutral, he was favoring his family, which wasn’t allowed as a satan. What happened? Sirchezs lost the Lucifer title etc… Resulting in: Underworld in chaos. What could potentially be happening right now? War. Sirchezs lost his title. Old satan faction is doing their best to gain powers. Underworld power balance is bad. Kokabiel did some shit. Well rip, there is a war again. Issei is just enjoying his life, joined another faction (outside the three factions, who are at war again[the second great war]), or just left the country… You can obviously change this a bit if you want to… But what I was meaning to get to: Make the three factions having a really bad time, Rias suffering and Issei having a happy life. Or maybe even make Issei evil lol. If you need character suggestions for Issei, we can discuss some lol
