Only a proper Englishman would be concerned about how we address the string! Being a speaker of your sister tongue, I can never hope to meet such a high standard. Being an American, I can only insult or talk down to it ;)
So I take it it's not very feasible to shoot without a nocking point (as in no additional thread/brass) and only go by memory and angle of the arrow against the shelf, eh?
Look at 2:22 Jim has fitted small 'teid on' nocking points.Shooting without nocking points will make it very difficult to be consistent and also prevents a slightly loose arrow nock from sliding along the string.
Great advice, but if you are moving away from the nock, you ARE stringwalking, accidently and inconsistenly, you will see this as vertical stringing of groups. We barebow stringwalkers try to be exactly the distance from the nock as we need to be, if you pull lower, you will hit lower.
Such a simple tip, but oh so valuable!
Reminder for a fundamental! Thank you, I appreciate it. Good advice.
Never even crossed my mind - Will work on this today!
Number 1 most overlooked problem. A simple bright colored serving string nock bellow as reference point works great.
love those purple feathers 😍
Your tips are great reviews are nice but it’s time to grab JT and head to the woods! Those are my favorites
Working on it!
I use one nock and use my glove as the lower nock. Now my glove has an imprint of the arrow nock on it for me to get it right every time.

Great reminder tip, don't forget the basics. Beautiful bow, what is it?
It’s a striker classic take down.
Hi, thanks for your great videos. Good reminder. Prehaps this video needs a reupload. the video is glitchy the first 30 seconds. Thanks again.
Hey Grizzly what is the deal with the Nintendo console on the back shelf...LOL

Nice hairstyle ....is it a Boris ?
Every shot address the string as " Hello Mr String" not "Come 'ere you #@£"....
