Update from Blizzard: Removed the Artisan’s Acuity from one-time outdoor professions treasures. So crafters are still able to start with relatively the same amount of Acuity to begin their crafting journey, 200 Artisan’s Acuity has been added to the starter reagent bags from the quest “Crafting to Order” in Dornogal.
This will only affect the Profession-Shuffle aspect of Treasures, where you no longer get Artisan's Aquity from these Treasures so there's no need to for example grab all profession treasures! You still want to grab your main profession's treasures for knowledge points though :D
