I have a couple Kioti tractors and love them. But the price is hard to swallow on a new to market machine when I can get a Takeuchi TL8 standard flow for $2k less & high flow for $2k more and Takeuchi has a very proven track record. Just not there yet on price for me
Having a swing out door on these machines is ridiculous. Good to see the roll up type on the Kioti, and a few other models. Now Kioti needs to bring out mini excavators. At least up to 10 ton.
I’ve heard of Kioti. Actually went to a Kioti dealer about 10 years ago when I was looking at tractors. The dealer was an hole in the wall in the middle of nowhere and the dealer complained for about half an hour about how much the equipment broke down. 😂 I was blown away at how the dealer acted and walk away as fast as possible. The place was a long way from my house too. It was in another state even. It was a place called Sions Equipment in Moorefield West Virginia. My dad was alive at the time and he was in shock when we left the dealership. We didn’t even speak until we were about half hour away. I think we were quietly processing what had just happened. 😂 Drove a long way with a trailer and cash in had to basically have the dealer talk me out of buying one.
The funny part, besides the main story, was I was clear with the salesman that this tractor would see pretty light duty. Would have been used to plow snow on a 1/4 mile driveway and to mow about 3 acres worth of clear land about 5 times a year. Tractor would have had an easy life. Salesman even took us into his shop to show us all the broken stuff he had. I still dont understand what his deal was but he talked me out of even considering Kioti in any purchase. Maybe he was just having a bad day or something but that was a traumatizing experience to say the least.
That's crazy . These are built in Korea and only 5 to 10k less than kubota, bobcat, cat . Resale I am sure is terrible. Operated track and wheeled, wasn't impressed. Something from the stone age
That's awful. We've been a Kioti dealer for 20 years, and now we outsell every brand in our area. The dealer makes the product worth it, and it sounds like you were wise avoiding it
Same as dollar store car's foreign came so has these simply the Hyundai of skidsteers, Meaning dumbed down in the wrong places like the super dumb super rigid undercarriage good luck on rough terrain keeping your false teeth in & drink in the cup and anything else that requires smoothness and definitely zero so-called gimmicky ride control here either vinyl seat will crack stupidly easily just nothing like the premium marked up machines these are the the super cheap type simply put,& the name is super obnoxious dollar store like & failed at calling it a wolf because the Chinese beat them to it with there dumbed down Chinese knockoff version.
Seems like they just try to copy kubota. Close to same color and their tractor hood design was I think in a lawsuit with kubota. If you want to stand on your own don't try to look like the other guys.
Operated the track and wheeled, hydraulic controls are smooth, servicabilty is great, sides of cab to high cant see tracks or tires. Visibility is a big factor, definitely not a comfortable machine. I would rather spend another 7k and purchase kubota svl75-3. Bobcat t66 or cat 255 . Everything on this kioti is from the stone age. Should of built with one piece cab. Kioti is not something your going to operate all day long.
I disagree with almost all of your review. I have run bobcat ,JD, Cat, gehl, mustang and others and have to say the kioti holds its own very well. The track machine I run is very comfortable. I do run it all day long also with no complaints! As far as track viability all you have to do is lean to side to look out window to see tracks. Not hard unless you’re 5 ft tall or shorter. The serviceability of the machine is very well laid out. The only complaint I have is the back up camera video quality is a bit lacking. Overall I feel the layout and performance of the kioti will stack up very well to the 7-10k more machines out there. I can buy some nice attachments with that capital to get more stuff done. Just my opinion though.
@@notsure6182 all m series Bobcats are same quality just different sizes. Dont understand your comment. T595 and t 650 continue to be best sellers. T770 does not fit into some properties.
Worked on kioti tractors from 05 to 15. I loved those things. They use to be simple basic. The castings were thicker and heavier that its competitors.

I cant believe they still have outward opening doors on skidsteers... I hate my bobcat door
Ive heard of there tractors. Dmaxryno has one and loves it. Hopefully the construction stuff does well.
Outdated kubota?

I took a look at a Kioti tractor/backhoe once. I was NOT impressed at all.

the new Bobcats are junk. a t770 is about the last good bobcat made.

typical Kioti, try to copy Kubota as much as they can.
Looks cheap
