Not just impressive because it was a duo, but this has to be one of the fastest completed S+ boosts. And the conversation was like nothing out of the ordinary, as if they were driving around killing time.

Checking garages is an ultra-rat strat and in my opinion straight up powergaming.
They take advantage of in-game limitations which is the specific number of places you can scratch the VIN.

With cops updating SOPs with the EMP tactic soon, they should make a mini game to use the EMP gun for the PD since they claim hacks are easy by the crims. After every use they have to do a hack to get the gun ready. Will keep it entertaining for them, finally have a specialized hacker role instead of just hiring bots (speaking of new cadets, aka Uno).

If I remember right, it was about 1.1 to 1.3 million to convert, so some S+ cars cant even be sold because the conversion is so expensive, like the banshee 900r Widebody
