Love your process of thinking through each topic. I really get panic/anxious when i see my full back pass the ball to me and have back to the oncoming defender. first touch is key but too much goes through my head.
@@robertfitzpatrick2198 haha all good, there is no age limit to learn new things. I think being panicky sometimes makes people play the right ball. Too much confidence can also be bad thing. I think we need to find the middle.

Am as striker should i switch to defensive mid cause number one am not good in the air cause of my height but i can also defend and am not good under pressure
@@AarimeArt stamina can be improved I think if you are smaller player in size then you need to adapt to play like CF instead of ST where instead of focusing on how you can receive the ball your back is turned to the defender, focus on how you can sneak behind them so you can use your speed.
As a defender, I suggest you either try to improve your ability to make quality runs in behind to leverage your speed, or improve your touch and vision so you can play quicker one-touch passes with nearby teammates to break down the defense that way. Stamina work is necessary too. Good luck.

As a cdm you will be under pressure and you definitely have to be good in the air. Maybe fullback?
