Neither parties had hung out on stream in a very long time until they had this single stream, and now it's back to silence again. Kamito was correcting Hinano because he wanted to lighten the mood playfully to reestablish their old closeness. Even Hendy literally commented on their kyori, it's not just Kamito. So you're wrong about all 3 points.

You can't just assume you know everything just from what you've seen on streams. Kamito is actually good friends with Kisaragi Ren but they almost never interact on-stream. You'll never know the actual state of the relationships between the streamers off-stream so you shouldn't act like you do.
