Lobster bisque is truly underrated. Not only does it give you the same buff as seafoam pudding, it lasts all day. It's a massive help in the fishing derby events and when your farming the extended family fish.

I think you can probably manage an iridium watering can by the end of year one, but you'd have to work really hard at it, and I'm not sure if you could do it before winter. And the number of crops you'd have to plant to make it work would render it more or less pointless.

No idea why you said 250k while also showing the cost in game... Also true pro players know there is no "conquer" enchantment; the one that kills mummies without an explosion is called crusader. And best coop animal in 1.6 is dino due to the treasure appraisal guide affecting dino eggs. Get their hearts up and watch the money roll in from those iridium dino eggs. No need to keep the rabbits once you have max friendship with everyone

In year one I prefer to buy wood than coal from robin, because 10 wood costs 100g which you can use to make coal in kilns, making each coal 50g cheaper! Saves so much money
Instead of using a ring to get coffee, set up some crystalariums with diamonds. I never run out of coffee, and I never run out of stairs thanks to my crystalariums in the desert. Edit: I play a little differently than most as I'm in year 18 of the 999 stack challenge with 507 Statues of Endless Fortune inside my house. Eventually I will need 999 of these, but that can wait for now.
you will only water 7% more crops if you have a full farm of iriidium sprinklers as opposed to quality. quality sprinklers don't work with giant crops though

I don't buy coal first year I buy a ton of wood and build a bunch of charcoal kiln They're cheap to build and fast. When you don't have anything to do or your waiting for something make coal. Or put them in a high traffic area and just fill them whenever you run past on your farm. It might seem like a hassle but its really not and Its so much cheaper then buying coal. On 500 coal you would end up saving 25,000.

Bisque is +3. SF Pudding is +4. All day buffs are best.

Hot opinion: I don’t want to spend all late spring/all summer year one watering manually over 100 strawberries and starfruit every day.
Get sprinklers and problem solved I got my first ones on summer 6th
Get the Legend instead. Was able to catch one on Spring Day 8 of year 1. Aged legendary roe all the way. Surpassed my strawberries.
Iridium Watering can makes it a breeze. (Beach farm, so no sprinklers allowed.)

8:40 gold cauliflower works too for the luau’s best outcome and it’s really easy to get in spring y1!

FACT: In Year 1 it's cheaper to buy 10 wood from Robin and cook it in the charcoal furnace to get 1 coal. You'll save 50 gold per coal this way.

By what math is the iridium sprinkler only 7% more efficient than the quality sprinkler? One waters 24 tiles and the other waters 8 tiles.

Get the Prospector profession at level 10 for lots of coal early on. You can always change it later if you have more than enough.

You cannot get iridium quality crops with just an increased farming level though! You need the deluxe fertilizer for that! Unless I'm wrong

Probably by calculating minmax full farm usage, you can plant around like 8% more crops if you use iridium sprinklers.
