Yes, Feelin' Like is very different from Shine! Pentagon has a very versatile discography. The tall guy with blue hair is indeed Wooseok, one of the rappers. Pentagon actually had another comeback between Daisy and Feelin' Like. It's called Do or Not and has more of a bright colour than these two. It's really fun, so I recommend you to watch it.

Yes, you are right that is a reference to Daisy. Jinho explained that since he wasn't able to participate in the Daisy promotions, he wasn't able to fully experience the win. So he's holding the daisy (there are also daisies falling in the next scene) because he wants to experience a win too. It was member Yeoone's idea actually.
