- Just for a fun day out I visit The Monkey Forest In Ubud, I select a nice bright hat to provoke the Monkeys to Attack, How long does it take before I lose my lovely hat? UBUD BALI INDONESIA.

You're lucky they didn't bother you the monkeys, I stayed at hotel next to this forest and could not leave any kind of food or bag on my balcony.. little buggers.
I saw more monkey action around the bins outside of the main entrance, I still enjoyed my walk, all the best Heidi

Years ago there was a hut at the entry where you could buy a bunch of bananas. The poor fools who bought the bananas would be raped by the monkeys for the bananas in seconds. Some of the best free entertainment ever.

I did that walk 10 years ago and it was similar. Get scared one time during the entire walk. And I had a gopro and my Sony alpha on me but nothing was stolen.
