Such a hauntingly beautiful song. It has a happy beat, but there's always been something lurking under the surface to the melody. Quite fitting for a pirate character - a great many in history were very cheerful fellows, even as they cut off heads and roasted people alive :/ This is a wonderful cover you've done! And on such a fitting instrument, too! Well done :)
+RuRiccio thanks - it was, like many of these covers, the result of some noodling around and stumbling onto one of the many VGM themes floating around somewhere just below the surface in my brain.
MagnaBoss Soul Edge/Blade was the arcade/PSX predecessor to the Calibur series, released back in 1996...(gosh I'm old) - if this track appears in the Calibur series, that's awesome, but I know it from Soul Edge/Blade.
Had no idea Maurice Moss was an expert of playing the accordion XD
+Liam Roberts at (facepalm)
The accordion makes it even better. Like some pirate playing it on the boat
Oddly relaxing... for a possessed, soul eating pirate
Brilliant, mate

Soulblade meets monkey island
I always imagined that this song was played on an accordion. Try donkey Kong country music
+ekzoX0 I've been slowly digging into the DKC soundtracks - do you have a recommendation?
