Blueberry birds nest. You add sugar toast with some corn starch. Put them in the bottom of a baking dish. Then make a biscuit mix with some sugar in it. Make it so you can spread it. Then bake. We used to pick wild blueberries at camp and my mom would make this. Love it.

I agree with bisquick! Great for camping and rving. Also...I had made some blueberry compote last yr, frozen in small ziplocks. I had some thawed and unused in fridge. Instead of using it as a pancake topping, I put it right in the batter. OMG! Much more blueberry flavour! Also re pancakes, husband and I picked up this tradition in Nicaragua: fresh ripe banana sliced over fresh pancakes with maple syrup.

I have blueberry bushes, I love blueberries in Rice Krispies. Yogurt Parfait, in salads, frozen, blueberry compote, blueberry shortcake where you use those little cups...so good!
