As much as it's Taylor's song, you are still an artist and created another version of her song and you should be able to share this song on Spotify and Apple Music without fear of being sued. That's just stopping you from sharing and making money with your talent.

I'm saying he can call this remix his own and royalties could still go to Taylor but he still makes a profit.
It absolutely violates copyright law, that being said, Taylor’s team would be stupid for not working out an agreement where this becomes an official remix that goes on iTunes & streaming (Scooter Braun would likely get the royalties though :p)
You can only remix songs officially if you’re allowed too by the people that make them. He can only put it on iTunes and streaming if he does it through the people that own “Love Story”
