I’m considering growing edamame for sale, how do i store the harvest before they turn brown? And how long can the pods last?

Boil them straight away with little bit of salt for 5 mins , cool them down very fast then freeze them .

@@sihoki_5644 This might a good idea to sell them in vacuum sealed packaging. Although don’t they need air to breathe to stay fresh?
